studio round with Design Victoria released a nice project that is very useful for creatives called Protect Your Creative. Though intellectual property laws in Australia are different obviously, I’m sure there is still useful information for designers in other countries as well (though I haven’t had a chance to read through it yet). And at the very least, you’ll can appreciate the nice job they did on the finished product. You can get it as a PDF here.
